Laurel Ridge

The SunCatcher has been a very positive experience for me. I began using the SunCatcher two years ago when we moved to the northwestern North Carolina Mountains. I had never used a greenhouse of any sort before and wasn't sure I would be able to figure it all out. Oh, how pleasantly surprised I was. Operation of the SunCatcher was relatively easy, a little trial and error but with great success. I started seed in the SunCatcher in October and by Spring I was harvesting several kinds of leaf lettuce, spinach, cherry tomatoes, Swiss chard, basil and parsley. Even with temperatures well below freezing, high winds and snow over the winter months my plants were snug as could be in the SunCatcher. I'm looking forward to this coming year and want to try a few more things.
